I swear, I need to watch that movie again cause that crap really happens! UGH. After the 2 sick days BEFORE her 2 week 2 day vacation started, the 2 sick days AFTER her vacation, and having a big talk about reliability and communication...she texted in sick AGAIN today. And is so sick she will not be in tomorrow either. If i was sick 6 days out of a month, I would no longer have a job!
Not sure what we are going to do, but the current situation of nanny being sick all the time just is not going to work for this family....
So...to be continued! Any good dependable and reliable nannies out there? ?? :)
That totally bites. I'm sorry that was your first experience with a nanny. It must be kind of like dating. You won't always find the right match on your first date. Hang in there!
ReplyDeleteWow that is unbelievable! I'm so sorry to hear that. I thought you had really found a great solution with having a nanny. I guess its time to try to find a new one. :) We're still struggling with nanny/daycare decision. :(
