I actually get up every morning dur...WOO HOO Lisa! I actually get up every morning during the week at 5:00 to work out. Then I work out on Saturdays and rest on Sunday. I found waiting till after work I am too tired and then would skip. After the 1st week you are pretty much use to it. I have lost 10 lbs as of last Monday. I weigh myself every Monday. I follow my progress on a website called 411fit and it is great. I can't believe how easy it has been. Keep it up friend. I know we can all shed these darn lbs. There are too many excuses after work and you udually just want to get home and be with your kid. Treat it like a job..you HAVE to go up to the office so pretend the gym is the office.
